Need some feedback on the Mitsubishi city MULTI applications from those who have a project or two under their belt.

I'd like to hear the "wish we would have..." and "sure glad we..." type comments that only experience can provide.
TIA

1. DUCT HEATER CLEARANCES.
IF you call for electric resistance heat downstream of the City Multi air handlers (strip heaters in the duct), make sure you have enough room upstream & downstream of the strip heaters to comply with duct heater mfr requirements, and with the NEC. I had a problem with that. It was not the fault of the City Multi System, just an architect who refused to believe that you actually needed the clearance. City Multi now has a low-temperature product line that will provide HEAT all the way down to +5 degrees Fahrenheit outdoor. The low-temp equipment may help you eliminate the duct heaters.

2. LIMITED ESP ON AIR HANDLERS.
Be careful to learn exactly what max ESP (external static pressure) is available from the City Multi air handling units (AHUs). Check the ESP in their literature. Your duct runs will have to be relatively short and uncomplicated. When you actually start laying out the duct systems, you may find you need more AHUs than you initially thought.
