MITSUBISHI DBA-2Z HV FUSE

Hi, I hope anyone can help me with this...I need to replace a Mitsubishi DBA-2Z type fuse with 72.5KV/ 40 A rating, I don"t find this in the local market...is this type discontinued?, is there an exact replacement?
