In order to have pharameters to buy mechanical mixer used at wastewater treatment plant, I´d like to have examples of dataheet recommended. Do I need to specify also the efforts, like torque, critical velocity, Reynolds number?
Thank you!

Recommended for you

Static weight, torque, bending moment, critical speed, % of critical speed allowed, hp, Reynolds number, pumping rate. You also need to specify baffles (number, width, thickness, distance off wall, supports), shaft (thickness), and impellers (type, diameter, thickness of blades, bolting, keyways, pins). Lots of stuff to specify.

Good luck,

Latexman, do you have some archive of data sheet that you normally use to help me to criate my datasheet specifications? Thank you to send some example!

I do, but I cannot share it. It belongs to my company. Chemineer, Lightnin, Philadelphia, or other Mixer vendors can provide a spec sheet.

Good luck,
Latexman
