Dear friends,
A friend of mine has a doubt could anyone pls suggest or comment over it.

Solvents like Diesel and Naptha are pumped from storage tank ( 100 cbm) to mixing vessel ( 25 cbm).

Can you please suggest whether the solvents can be pumped and fed from top of the mixing vessel or from sides of the mixing vessel?
