I have a need to develop an application for Pocket PC 2002, 2003 and ultimately Windows Mobile 5. I need to read and display the data from a device via a CF serial interface. What application development tools do I need? I am a casual programmer and would like to use the easiest tool to learn / use. I have developed this desktop application using VB6. Any thoughts for the mobile world?
