Hi,

I need some one to validate my process what i have done in ANSYS MODAL ANALYSIS

1) i have import the IGES assembly file from Pro\e
2) i use to give material designation to all parts in the assembly
while assigning material "non linear effect : YES"
3) i have verified the connection
4) i have applied mass over the part (*IN THE REAL IT HAS 25 PARTS BUT IN ANSYS I HAVE TAKEN ONLY 5 PARTS REST OF THE PARTS ARE SOME ARE
OF STABLE CONDITION AND 2PARTS ARE ROTATING CONDITION ONE IS STATOR AND ROTATOR I HAVE CALCULATED
THE WEIGHT OF ALL PARTS FROM PRO\ENGINEER 3D SOFTWARE THEN "I HAVE ASSIGNED MASS IN KG" " I HAVE
TAKEN THE CG VALUES FROM FOR THE STATOR AND ROTATOR & REST OF THE PARTS" WHILE GIVING MASS VALUES
I HAVE MODIFIED THE COORDINATE VALUE ).

5)Now i have added Body to body contact spring contact with 3 longitudinal and 3 torsional based on the application
6)Now i have created Mesh
7)Now i have given only one boundary condition fixed only at the bottom of leg
8) I have modified the Analysis setting to 10 mode, Large deflection : No"
"solve"
9) result 10 modes
