Mode shape in superelement Femap

Hello everyone,

I am trying to understand and use superelement in femap. The model consists of a cantilever beam constrained from one end (Node 5) and the free half of the beam (node 15:node 25) is superelement while the fixed half (node 5: Node 14) is my residue model.

I have listed 15 pts in Q-set and node 15:node 25 in my A-set just to get it right. The fundamental frequencies and mass participation results ar matching for the original model and the one with the super element but the mode shapes are not. And I have changed different parameters but not sure what is going wrong.
