Model Bolt in ABAQUS

I am a very new Abaqus user, I am asked to find out how to model a bolt in Abaqus, I have tried reading about it in the manual but the information in the manual about fasteners only has information about spot welds. Could any body help me out with it, Model a bolt with Pre-Tensioning of cross-sections.
