Model tree/new window

I have just tried Wildfire and have a little (and probably very stupid) question. Why does my model tree open as a new window (pop-up) instead of in the "left window"?

Like 2001, there is a setting in the Windows menu that allows you to select wheter to have the Menu Tree window seperate or integrated with the main window. It should be the last tab.
