Hi,
I am trying to model a spherical particle inside a cube matrix(assuming perfect bonding-for the first model).
I would like to have two material sections defined for each sphere and the cube but have them as one part. I have used the Shape/Solid/Revolve feature from the Part module to insert the particle in the matrix. I have partitioned the sphere using butterfly topology. However, I am unable to use bottom-up mesh tools using Hex elements. I tried both revolve and sweep options for the sphere but in doing so, for the revolve option I am unable to keep the center-line (straight line of sketch in revolve feature for the shpere) in the final revolved solid and so I am not able to mesh it right using revolve option.
Could anyone please help me solve this issue.
Thanks,
Sesha
