Modeling basement walls

I have a few questions in regards to basement wall modeling that would like to hear your thoughts.

Info: 3 basements. capping beams + piers and shotcrete walls in between.

1. I want to have shotcrete walls in my model to consider their contribution of stiffness for lateral loads. But at the same time, I don’t want them to affect the analysis of gravity loads cases. ie. I want the gravity loads go to my capping beams and then piers instead of going to these walls. How do I do that and is this how you deal with basement wall modeling?
2. Do you applied lateral soil spring to these walls in your model? If so how do I get the spring stiffness? As a simplified method, would you recommend assign lateral restraints at corner points at the ground floor instead. Or you just don’t apply spring or restraints at all?

Much appreciated
