Modeling of connection in Timber shear wall

I am using SAP2000 8.0 to model a timber shear wall applied by lateral force. The frames of the wall consists of lumber and they are connected to each other by nails. The plywood (its thickness is half inch) will be used as the cover (sheathing) and it is connected to the frames using nails too. As a new user, I don't know how to model the connection between frame and frame, also I do not know how to model the connection between cover to frame. Could you help me?
