modeling of Ribbons coated with Cu-Ni

I need to model sintering of Fe based amorphous ribbons coated with Cu/Ni . The ribbon is about 25 micron and coatings are 5-10 micron. There will be 20 layers of this ribbon coated with Cu/Ni stacked together. What type of element should I use for ribbons and coating? And how do I define the ribbon-coating interaction?
