modeling weir covered by gravel

I am wondering how best to account for flow threw gravel to a weir along a pump station?

Can you explain the situation in more detail? How does the position of the gravel relate to the weir, and how does it relate to the pump station?

The weir is below grade covered by gravel along the sides of the pump station
