Please refer to the attached dummy model.

Description:
The green part represent a complex module which has to be guided down in a very congested surrounding. The green part contains a guiding hole and a slot which will be engaged in the guiding pins for proper positioning of the module.

Goal:
Install and remove the module (green) conflict free and without jamming in the guiding pins (yellow).
1. Check which clearances between the guiding pins and the guiding hole/slot will be OK.
2. Check friction coefficient between the guiding pins and the guiding hole/slot i.e. which material should be used for guiding bushes having hole and slot in the module.

Constraint:
Small tilting (few degrees) may cause the module (green) to collide with the surrounding modules.

Question:
How thing problem can be realistically modeled in NX i.e. which constraints/ commands/ tools (sequencing, slider constraints, etc.) of NX should be used.
