Modelling a part to model a cable bahavior???

Is it possible to model a part like a flexible link with ABAQUS? Particulary a part to model a cable behavior which does not present any efforts of moment resulting according to the perpendicular to its centerline.

Have a look at the beam elements there is probably a cable element on at least one that transmits no load under compression.

I think Truss elements would be better.

There may be a connector element that will fit your needs.
