modelling moving flux (laser) in ansys

Hi all,
Appreciate if anybody can advice me on how to model a circular moving heat flux from a laser scanning on a tube.

This is basically a study of laser on the bending of a tube and therefore is couple thermal-structural problem. I am new user to ansys and not familiar with the APDL language. Where should I start from?
