Modelling of a load cell

Hi users,

I would like to ask whether anyone of you has any experience with modelling of a load cell in Abaqus. Whether a connector will be connected between two nodes with a given stiffness, how shall the reaction force can be extracted? Shall I create a node set at the end of the connector and request the reaction force from the history output?
