Modem to PSTN FM wireless link...

Hello, I need some help. Now i´m starting a new project whose purpose is to conect the modem of a certain computer to the phone network.
Yet i've found the way to send via VHF the dial tone to the modem but the noise and the frecuency changing due to compressing and uncompressing inductors are a problem!!!

I will apreciate if someone has a FM transceiver circuit that can do this kind of work.
