Modicon TSX Premium PLC Fault

Hi ALL,

We have a fault on the modicon PLC and I am trying to figure out the error

On the power supply module[TSX PSY1610]-Ok LED is ON and red "BAT LED" is on-what does that mean?

On the processor [TSX P57104]-RUN LED GREEN ON and I/O LED ON-what does this mean?

On the local HMI it's displaying "Low PLC Battery Alarm"

I am looking for the correct software to talk/connect to the PLC

Can Unity Pro XL talk to the TSX P57104 processor?

It mean the battery need replacing.
*care must be taken when replacing the battery not to turn off the power supply.Do not turn off power supply to PLC.

I have always been the belief that you need a PDF library with all your parts that you use in your controls. So first is download all the PDFs that refer to these part numbers from manufacturers.

Usually the PDFs are broken down into: installation manuals, user guides technical guides, PLC programming instruction manual, etc.......

I think all your questions can be answered by this method. As an example I googled your part numbers and downloaded a pdf at below link.
