Modify properties of section in SAP 2000 1

Could some one comment in this:
Sections created using Section Designer (SD Form) in SAP are helpful in creating/analyzing irregular sections. One will not be able to use effectuve stiffness for these sections (I mean setting property modifiers). Is there way to specify section property modifiers for SD sections?

Try to create your section and use it in a frame element. Then select the frame element on the screen and to go Assign|Frame|Property Modifier. Try to change it there and see what happens.
