modul degradation and damping curves

Hi all

I will analyze a soil domain seismically. I have modulus degradation and demping curves of soil obtained from experiments. What I want to do is somehow implement strain dependent values of shear modulus and damping into my analysis. APDL can do it as I heard but I need a bit more specific info.
