Greetings

Anyone good suggestion as to Young's Modulus at 20°C, continuous 5 MPa stress for 10 years.

Talk to Ticona (used to be Hoescht) - they have water valves in acetal which have been on long term continuous pressure test for around 20 years.

You can download the CAMPUS software for free and that has creep modulus versus time curves. Or you can choose to use CAMPUS on the net without downlaoding. Beware that acetal/POM comes as homopolymer or copolymer and they behave rather differently so be sure which you are using before checking the creep modulus curves. Fillers, especially glass fibre will have a dramatic effect on the modulus and creep modulus, increasing it greatly.
