Molds date symbol

which is the best approach to create a symbol like this

The number are in the direction of the image attached.
I'm not able to pattern note in circular way and edit the note.
Suggestions ?

I would create this using the geometric Text function which does allow you to arrange text around a reference curve. After all, I would think that in the end this will need to be created as part of the model anyway, so the use of actual geometric text only makes sense.

Tried, but the result it's not acceptable.
The better solution I've found, it repeat circularly a line and align a note to each line and then delete them.
