Mono-Pile Design Book?????

Does anyone know of any text books or design manuals that focus on mono-pile design? I have been working in offshore engineering for a few years now but I have little experience in this special case and I would like a engineering design manual or text to teach myself from.

While this book does not concentrate on mono-piles per say, it does give you the calculation steps needed for laterally loaded foundations.
