The pump is a vertical turbine high lift pump used in a water supply plant. It has a 350 Hp motor and is rated at 210 L/s.
The serial # is 1292-9017/19. The reason I'm asking is I'm doing and audit on the plants efficiency and the maufacture can't help. I have done the calculations but need to compareit to the theoretical.

What are you asking?

If it's an estimate of the pump's efficiency, someone 'might' be able to help you but the pump's manufacturer and model would be needed at a minimum.

What did you ask the manufacturer for and what did they say? Sorry, but your post is pretty vague what you want.
