I am currently working on creating a motion analysis using the trace position functionality in SolidWorks 2009 Motion Analysis. However, the mates that I need to change are driven by equations. I can't directly edit the mate, so I attempt to change it by editing the equation while still in the motion analysis window and then doing the necessary rebuild. When I do so, the part doesn't move and the program doesn't recognize that I changed anything, so when I place a new key, it is no different than the initial key. Is there any easier way to do this? Thanks a bunch.
