Motion simulation not animating in multiple viewports

Using NX11.

I'm attempting to set up a simulation with multiple viewports, i.e. using the layout that divides the screen into four quadrants, and in each viewport the camera is zoomed in on a particular part of the assembly.

No issues setting it up, but when I play the animation, only the initial view animates. The others remain in the starting position.

I've played around with the Layout Settings (changing viewport options) to no avail. What am I missing?
