Motoman XRC password

The password for the motoman xrc controller is 32.12.02! Is this correct because some one changed the default managment password from 99999999 to something else and now they no longer work for us. I know yaskawa mode will show what the management password is and we dont really want to call a motoman technician to our facility to have to retreive the managment password for us. So is this correct for xrc? 32.12.02 If this is correct could someone tell me the procedure to do this .
