motor shaft coupling?

I've got a small motor with a 1/4" round shaft that I want to attach to a flat plate to act like a display turntable. What is the name of the coupling that I'm looking for? I figure that there must be some sort of coupling that has something like a setscrew to tighten around the shaft and some holes so that I can attach it to the plate.

I'm just making one or two of these, so I'm looking for something off-the-shelf. Since I don't know the name of what I'm looking for, I'm not sure what to search for.

Secondly, does anyone have a source that sells this sort of thing in small quantities?

Thanks David. I found a few things that were similar to what I needed in those links, but nothing that was exactly what I needed. I'll probably just end up making something.

jraef, that's exactly the part that I need! Now, if I can just find a source for small quantities (and in the small size that I need). At least now I have the right terminology to search with.

Also sometimes called "flanged couplings". McMasterCarr has some small ones.
