Motor Starting analysis (ETAP)

I have a load of 32mW running on a GTG of 3 + 1 philosophy at 11kV i ran the motor starting analysis(ETAP) and because of the sizes of the flash gas compressors (about 2mW each) i placed all medium voltage motors on VFD. Butt after the analysis the compressor motor are all running but not at the Full Load Current of the motor .Can anyone tell me what could be wrong
