I am intrested in developing a vibrator that uses a pwm for speed control (ramp up & down and speed control) I have looked at some of the high tec motors availiable and I am familiar with pwm used in automotive climate control systems. But I dont have the expertice of puting the components together if there is someone out there that could help.
Thanks,

What is your application?

How about motor speed range, vibrator force output, & duty cycle?

Thanks for the reply BK motor speed range needs to be 1200 to the max rpm 50000 duty cycle is constant. vibrator force ? My be a question I cant answer but I do know the weight on the shaft motor is 1.6 grams. I have been using a 120V input 1.5A 50/60 Hz power supply with an output of 24V 4.5A and would like to continue using this as I have it on hand.As far as the application I would rather not say at this point due to the subject matter. I will add the motor is incased in a housing of stainless steel and I am concerned about heat.
The motor I am looking at is for an rc application made by aveox the model is a 21/13/3. I have used in the past escap 23-D-21-213-B2X2 brushless units and thay worked well but max rpm is 12000I found some of them surplus at It would be nice if I could find some one to help me put this prototype together thank you David
