Can someone suggest me any good resource or reference about designing and tolerating mechanical parts of motor like Shafts, Housing, EndCovers and bearing selection.

Book on Machine Design / Design of Machine Elements may contain information you seek. I say "may", because not all the authors give tolerancing enough attention.

Also on this forum, in general, but again, in general, the members are discussing ASME Y14.5 (vast majority) --and its related standards, 14.8, 14.43, 14.41 etc.--- and ISO GPS standards which are dimensioning and tolerancing tool kits (not an engineering design manual).
