Suggestion:
1. Consider a vibration detector, possibly with a manual override
2. Yes, you may control your inverter remotely, e.g. with a remote keypad. It just depends how remote is remote. It may get wireless.
3. All equipment is avalable over manufacturers listed at
where you may search for a vibration detector and remote control depending on nature of "remote."

How 'remote' is the drive from your office? You will probably end up doing some economics here as your choices are:
- hard-wire an additional stop button into the stop circuit or
- use a wireless control to operate a normally closed relay in the stop circuit.

The economics come into play deciding which method to use. A wireless control and matching relay may be expensive enough to pay for a lot of conduit and wire, especially for a small control circuit like this. If a wireless control is cost effective or required, you will need to be sure that it is a type that won't be subject to false operation due to stray signals or interference.
