Mouse Middle Button Function Wildfire 3

Somebody used my computer in my absence and now I cannot get the part to "Spin" using the Mouse Middle Button.

I use Wildfire 3 and looked everywhere for an answer to fix.

Can anybody help?

I'm desperate and cannot assemble parts now.

My mouse started doing that, too. I talked to my IT guy, he gave me a new mouse and the problem went away...
