Move an unparameterized feature............... 2

How could I move an unparameterized feature (the yellow hole, in this case)?
Let's say, moving 10 mm on the direction of the red arrow...…..

U should put a tree of your part on this picture.

two options:
-on the dead solid, use remove face and click on the yellow hole. Create a new whole with your requirements
-if you have part design feature recognition workbench, run the automatic/manual hole recognition--change hole sketch to your positional requirements

I was an NX user.
In NX one could move an unparametrized feature easily.

I thought that Catia has something similar.....
