Hello!
When I make a mate of two Parts and then I delete that mate, the two Parts behaves likes the mate still there. That happen when i need to move one Part, but the other part also moves. What can I do to only move the first part??

What version and service pack are you on? You can fix one of them move the other. Then float the fixed one. They should know act independant. I think this issue got better with one of the later service packs. BBJT CSWP

The first part is fixed when you insert it into an assembly. To move the first component you can RMB the the part in the FM and click on float. That makes that part moveable. But if you completely define all parts without having at least one part fixed the entire assembly will move all the time. You have to fix at least one part in the assembly.

I hope that helps, Scott Baugh, CSWP [spin] [americanflag]
