Guys,
What does the move profile of a motor-load system gives you?.
I'm solving a stepper motor-load system and found the acceleration rate of the motor can do given the specified load. I have a given time between t=0 to t=t1. This should give me the move profile of the stepper motor (the trapezoidal curve of acceleration time, run time, and decel time) vs speed. Once I figure this out, what do i use this information for? I'm sort of working backward here trying to figure out the move profile from a given motor and load spec.
I'm also assuming that the procedure above can be used regardless if I use stepper or any other kind of motors.
Anyone can educate me here?
Thanks
