moving holes etc in autocad 2007 3d

Im a bit rusty at autocad 3d and was wondering if it is possible to move holes etc after they have been drawn to save you having to redraw

I usually use the Slice command, then move, copy and Union. Having done so many, I have macros to speed the process.
