Moving multiple components between subassemblies

I need to restructure and assembly to reflect the way our units are being built. I've used the restructure command to move single components many times. However, I now have a bunch of fasteners that need to move along with the components. It's going to be very tedious moving them one at a time. Is there a way to move many components simultaniously? I tried grouping them, but that diddn't work.
