MS20470 Raised Head Rivet Allowable Head Damage 3

Does anyone know of some good references for raised head rivet (installed) inspection criteria? I have an aircraft with numerous MS20470AD4/5 rivets that have mechanical damage to the raised heads from a power tool. Some damage is very minor; while some are almost flat to flush with the pressurized skin surface...
