I want to create script in python for fastener connection because there are multiple location in my model and doing manually is time consuming. Anyone who knows where I can find a good resource or any tip where I can began with?

You can start recording your steps of fastener connections in a macro and then use that macro for creating enhanced script in python. I am not MSC apex user but this functionality is quite common in the FEA software. Start from this. Once you get command on what commands are used for which step you can start writing your own scripts.

Search "Macro Play / Record" in MSC apex help or online.
