MSC! why I am getting Acoustic results instead fatigue!!

Hi
I run an static analysis for my model successfully. Then I imported the inp file to run fatigue analysis.
at reading the results ..start getting continuous message that the Node ID xxx are missing --etc
when ignore the message, I cannot find the fatigue results, instead I am finding (Acoustic, velocity of FPM gird)results which I never requested?

There is no fatal error, and the fatigue results are existed in the f06 file.
one warning is

*** USER WARNING MESSAGE 4597 (GPST1A)
A SURFACE OR VOLUME CARD WITH ID = -10 REFERENCES A SET ID =10
WHICH CONTAINS NOELEMENTS OF PERMISSIBLE TYPE.

Any suggestions please?
