Hi all!
Does anybody know how can one edit the *.msh file of an Etabs model into a readible manner? I noticed that it is created only after running the analysis. I also noticed that if I put a *.msh file (generated by another program) in the folder where the model *.edb file is located, the program stops with an error. I conclude that the format is incompatible, so I would like to check for discrepancies. For this I need to edit the *.msh file generated by Etabs.
Of course, the problem remains if Etabs will read the mesh which I provide, or generate another during the phase of creating the analysis model (can one skip this part?)
Thank you all for your help!
