MSHA / electrical feed question 1

Hello. I have been asked to assess an electrical design for a mine electrical power feed. I have done limited underground mine work, and so my code knowledge is minimal. My client intends to bore a vertical shaft in which he will install a 480V power feed and a fuel line. I am fairly certain that a mandatory offset or physical separation is required, but I do not know where to find the specifications which state this. This is for a gold mine, underground. Can someone please point me to the relevant codes?
