MTBF freeware

I am looking for a good MTBF freeware or workbook that will help me estimate MTBF data for various electrical and mechanical components (resistors, capacitors, conductors, diodes, switches, etc.) Can't find data sheets on any of these so I need a way to estimate them through calculation.

Something like this is what I am looking for:
