this is a particular copany specification, not an internationally recognised thing.

So as Ax1e says, please look at your pack of documents and specifications supplied or ASK the client.

Couldnt the supplement be an additional ASTM (supplementary) requirement? The snapshot seems to have not captured all the relevant info needed to address this question.

This is an extract of MTO for Saudi Aramco. Check ASTM A671 for the supplementary requirements in the last pages. It concern additional tension and bend tests required, in case A671 material spec for the pipe is procured.
 
And so it appears it’s simply the Supplementary Requirement S1 of ASTM A671. How remarkable 🤔

I agree that my first thought would be that it is part of the supplementary requirements in the ASTM standard. I'd check those first.

A333 S1 talks about subsize impact specimens and and as chrysa1975 stated, A671 talks about tension and bend tests.
