MTQ transformer

Hello,

Has anyone ever heard of an "MTQ" type transformer?

It is used in an electric utility environment.

I am trying to find out what the MTQ stands for and how this transformer is used...for example, is it used in a "main and teaser" type application???

A wild guess: Perhaps a converter, not a transformer, converting ("transforming") a signal to another type of a singnal, see
