i mean im searching for some costants that relates the engine power and
noise charactheristics at muffler.
and necessary muffler characteristics(effectlve lenght,porosity,
inner-outer diameter etc.) depending on engine type and power..

Check my reply to another topic "Muffler Design Rules"
thread384-80519 point is that in general, total system muffler volume will run 5 - 8 engine horspower per liter of muffler displacement, just as a rule of thumb. There are of course variations depending on whether the vehicle is a luxury car, a "sporty" car, a truck etc.

The basic design is that the muffler internals consist of a group of both side-branch-type and annular Helmholtz tuners, designed within the parameters discussed in that other post.
