Hi,
I am trying to develop the maintenance activities for Instruments discipline, as part of the task I have been asked to create a multi discipline Failure and cause code list. The lists I have developed are ok but I was wondering if some can have an extensive list for all the discipline which I can use as a go by to optimise my list.
I will appreciate any help.
